Great positive message in these strange times.

If you live long enough your experience eventually trumps the propaganda we all absorb, whether consciously or unconsciously . You can see for yourself what is right and wrong and, for me anyway, that is not what we were taught from the cradle.

I think a lot of people are beginning to see the truth at last and it's wonderful to behold.

Thank you Abby. I loved your visual of the ocean and the waves of people. When we are heart centered- we can truly meeting everyone where they are at and still stay in our own loving space ( loving "power")πŸ™β€οΈβœ¨οΈβœ¨οΈβœ¨οΈ

Gorgeous Abbey. My heart to your heart reminds me of the OK Corral that I use every time I feel frustrated with someone - a breath and "I'm ok, You're ok". That simple reframe takes a second and it realigns me with my core belief that everyone is fundamentally good and has a spark of genius that is often obscured by the crap they have had to endure. I am less successful at applying this to myself but your message is a great reminder to focus on that!

Hi Abby,

I love all the accelerated synchronicity that’s been happening. Around the middle of June, I received a new mantra which is not unlike yours. So far, my experience of it is that it is immediate, multi-layered yet simple, uplifting, calming, powerful and empowering. I’m going with it on its own for now because its bringing up really interesting patterns for release (always easier said than done!). Happy to share it with you. Its

β€˜I release my need to be right’.

Best wishes with all your endeavours,

Úna Flanagan

You have to want to focus on love and compassion for yourself...... it's hard to stay there. Your words are soothing Abbey. Bless you πŸ™ β™₯️ πŸ™Œ πŸ’– πŸ’“

Beautiful message that I will be reflecting on. I believe a lot of harsh feelings toward others is a translation of the harshness I’m unconsciously feeling toward self. I was working on this today… where I may have felt shame over something small that happened at the grocery store, I chose compassion for myself instead. Thanks for highlighting how this choice can ripple out.
