Keeping buoyant during a cold summer with intense astrological energies afoot.
Did we really sign up for this? Really??
We are half way through July and the sun is a rare event here in Ireland. It's hard work to keep buoyant - yet I feel it's one of the most important things we can do for ourselves.
Take this week to look at what you are doing to keep yourself afloat in the world right now - to keep your frequency high. What do you need to help you sleep? What does your body need to help it heal? What does your mind need to keep it calm? Your inner child need to stay in wonder and interested in the world?
Don't be overwhelmed by all of my questions - you don't have to answer them all at once. Self care is looking after your SELF - which means body, mind and soul. Care for the emotional self, the aspects of you, and care for the physical, mechanical parts too.
I had a massage last week as part of my self-care routine and my body refused to relax. It held onto the tension for dear life - showing me that something deeper is going on. I've booked in for 5 element acupuncture next month, I've not ever had acupuncture but I think my body needs it. Trying new things to see if they work are so important, even if they scare you a little!
The thing is, the intensity of these energies isn't going away anytime soon. We will have a respite, and then they will return. So make the time to do your exercise routine. Make the time to have a hot magnesium bath. Burn your beautiful candles. Use the fancy China. Make the time to switch off your phone. But most of all, make the time to clear your fears, and to connect to the source of love that is here for you. Make time to receive love. Make the time to receive love (yes I said that twice).
You can give yourself the support that you need, on all fronts, but God and the Angels are here to support you too. Just ask them for help. Because you deserve it.
This is sound advice. The only thing I would add is that we spend even 30 minutes a day doing absolutely nothing. Switch off everything around us, including our brain.
I remember a cartoon I saw years ago depicting someone gazing blankly out of his office window. The caption underneath said somethng like, "How do I tell my colleagues that I am actually working when I am doing nothing?"
This is surely what The One Hue~Manity is feeling ~ thanks for expressing so well. I find that in the last few months (possibly longer if I want to be truly honest with myself!) I long to return to a more simple way of Life. Don't get me wrong, this platform (which I am new to) and other SM platforms make for global connections and sharings which is so uplifting, yet watching an IG account of a guy in Romania living such a gentle, authentic life with his animals and beautiful land, stirs something in me, a longing to return to our roots I guess. What a wild dervish we are dancing!
