Thank you for this it is really helpful cause sometimes I don't know how to name what I'm feeling or even what I'm feeling cause of what has happened and the length of time.
Absolutely we are never going to get an apology as they don't see the wrong in this but the not knowing if this will happen again is worse or what could we do to prevent this from happening again ???
