You are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions. You are the “I” underneath. Sometimes called the observer. You are your essential Self, your Soul, your Spirit, which experiences thoughts, experiences emotions, but is not the thoughts, is not the emotions.
Thoughts
You grow with experiences; you embody and grow, you shift and change, the way you process your thoughts changes as you learn new ways of thinking. As you accumulate intelligence and knowledge you can question your thoughts and discard the ones that do not fit for you. But underneath the thoughts you are still you, the part of you that was there when you were a child, that part of you that is here and now, reading this, the part of you that will be there as you grow older than you are in this moment.
Ask the Universe to take away the thought forms that are not helping you right now. Thought forms that are thrust upon you by the media, fearful thoughts around epidemics and war, dark thoughts telling you that humans are generally bad. Humans have free will and make the choices that they make depending on how far away from love they feel.
Breathe out any thought forms that are not yours.
Breathe out any thought forms you have picked up from your family, from your community.
Breathe in your connection to your Self, your connection to the I which lies beneath.
Emotions
You grow with experiences; you embody and grow, you shift and change, the way you process emotions changes as you mature and learn to love, to overcome fear, anger, jealousy. You can discard the emotions that you feel do not resonate with you, but this is harder to do than discarding thought forms as you cannot work logically with emotional energy. Remember that underneath the emotions you are still you, the part of you that was there when you were born, when you were a child, discovering the beauty of the world, that part of you that is here now, and will still be here as you grow older.
Ask the Universe to help you clear the emotional energies that are not helping you right now. Emotions that you have picked up from the collective unconsciousness, feelings of dread, anxiety, fear, doom and gloom. Lock into the positivity that is also out there, and breathe that in instead. Change your energy chemistry so that you resonate more with peace, calm, happiness.
Breathe in Peace, breathe out fear.
Breathe in love, breathe out fear.
Breathe in beauty, breathe out everything that is not beauty.
Breathe out any emotions that you have picked up from your family that are making you heavy and slow in your Self. And breathe in the connection to your Self,
your connection the the I which lies beneath.
Affirm this every day:
I am the I
I am not my thoughts
I am not my emotions
I release all thoughts and emotions that are not mine back to the Universe
I claim back any thoughts and emotions that are mine from the Universe
I am the I
I am strong, connected, safe.
I am love.
