We are in a massive overwhelm.
It is an act of rebellion to turn off your device and stare at the wall.
I saw someone on Substack say they’ve gone back to listen to 80’s music because it was more pure and clean, and it doesn’t make them feel ill. I find it so interesting how, now that we can know, we can really see that toxins are everywhere. Even in the frequencies in music. Toxins are in everything. In food, drugs, cosmetics… And especially in our water.
Toxins wear us down. We are in toxic overload. It’s overwhelming.
And on top of that, toxins in the media, in politics, on social media… The internet in general is toxic. And the AI question - is this real? Is it AI? What is AI? Should we be worried about it??
I don’t know - should we?
It is a lot to digest right now in our toxin-overloaded bodies. I include emotional body, physical body, mental body and spiritual body in this mix.
In other news, time has speeded up, many planets that never speak to each other are now speaking to each other ALL AT THE SAME TIME and the solar energies are wild. Just wild. I think they’re all connected. And it is so loud, so much to process, so much going on.
It’s deliberate.
A friend of mine told me a long time ago that politicians understand, and use, astrology. And they want to use it to break us further, take us away from the evolution of our consciousness. Divide us and conquer us. We know this now.
Yet there is only so much a person can take. We are in a massive overwhelm.
This meme by Pixiecurio is only the tip of the iceberg. The foundations of what we built our world upon has cracked and the world as we know it is disintegrating quickly. No wonder people are freaking out. No wonder RTE is giving airtime to GRIPT. They know the tide is turning. It is turning.
But we cannot let ourselves drown in this rushing, turning tide, that moves so quickly. We kept our heads above water up to now, we have to keep going. We have to claw back our sanity, and meet ourselves where we are. Surf the waves. Learn how to swim. We can only change things one thing at a time. Small steps.
This needs to be at the forefront of our minds - we do not need to change everything all at once. We just need to take it slow, and make the changes last. It starts and ends with us realising that our time, and our energy, is sacred.
There is so much shouting going on - everyone is shouting from the social media rafters. I wrote this post yesterday and this morning I woke up and the world has changed again - two ‘friends’ and influential people are now fighting with each other over social media - is it for real? Is it fake? What are they distracting us from? Or are they real people simply having an argument and using the public arena to air their grievances? Who knows! I’m seeing shouting here in Substack too. People shouting out - read me! Read me! I have important things that you need to know and learn. I don’t want to scroll through rivers of crud anymore. That’s what it is - crud. My husband calls it bubble gum for your brain. I want my feed to be enriching, I need to be more selective.
I will put my hands up and admit it - watching crappy Tik Tok’s and reels does, at times, bring relief. For a while anyway, and then it becomes boring - to me anyway. But my husband (and many others) can spend a whole night going through YouTube shorts and not feel the time passing.
If time has indeed speeded up, then it is worth more to us now than ever before. Therefore we need to be more mindful of what we are spending our precious time on. That in itself brings overwhelm - how do we prioritise?
Here’s my suggestion - make silence and alone time your number one priority. There is nothing else as important to you, as you. I know, it’s difficult to do this, so start by giving yourself permission to spend more time in silence. I give you permission, but you need to do it. You are a human being, you know? You need silence and space to reorganise your energy field, process what has been going on for you, bring yourself back into balance and into the present moment. Sometimes you need to be held while doing this - I recommend you find a forest and allow the trees to hold you. I talk about how to do that in this video:
We need to go back to being bored.
We need to have so much doing-nothing-time so we can hear our intuition again. It’s taking us out of the deeper level of wisdom that we have inside of us. That’s what it’s designed to do.
It is an act of rebellion to turn off the computer/phone/device and stare at the wall.
I’m thinking that boredom will become a new luxury, I’m telling you, people will pay in the not-too-distant future to be put into situations where they will be bored. Because they won’t be able to turn off their devices for themselves. The good news is, you can do it for yourself right now. You don’t need luxury surroundings to create a space for yourself where you can detox from your digital addictions. Detox from the toxins all around you. You just need to make the time do it.
This is what this information war is really about - taking us away from intuitive sense of who and what we are. Why? Because we are growing stronger every day.
The healing is in the moments between the moments, the spaces between the letters, the thoughts we have when we get to a place of stillness. When we have time to fill ourselves up with ourselves we get our life force energy back into balance again. And then we remember how powerful we are.
I just read a comment somewhere else that this “whole thing” is designed to isolate us and make us exhausted. I am not advocating that we withdraw completely, but we do need to make the time to come back to ourselves.
Perhaps this is why I have been struggling and feeling unwell. Thank you. Stillness and quiet… not sure I even know HOW to do that… guess start by turning things off… so addicted I’ll have to do it little by little… it’s ridiculous but I fear it’s true.
