The truth does not need to impress you.

My thoughts upon entering a much hyped-up March 2023.

Truth does not need to use excitement and hype in order to catch your attention. You do not need sizzle and clickbait if you are presenting truth.

People are asking ‘How do I know if this is true?’ Well, start with this. You don’t need to be pulled in when it’s truth. Truth does not have to sell itself to you. Truth is not exciting, it does not want to seduce you. Because it doesn’t need to.

There's a lot of scare mongering and fear mongering and excitement and build up to March, particularly the second half of March, because of all of the possibilities of what this ‘big event’ might be. (If you’ve not heard of a big event coming, then that’s great, please don’t go looking for it!)

Astrological energies, planets, they don't move quickly, they really, really don't move quickly at all. We are already in the energy of what is coming next. Some of us are feeling it more than others. It’s like riding a wave. Let go and float to the top and you will be fine.

 The focus needs to be on not getting excited, angry or overwhelmed. There's so much emotion in the atmosphere right now, it’s difficult to get away from it. Awareness that you have to do it daily, then a conscious effort to disconnect and reconnect to the heart daily is required.

We've done all that we can do. We're doing all we can do. There's not much more we can do. If there’s something you need to do that you’re neglecting, go do it. Slow down and rest when you need to, and take action when you feel called to.

Whatever it is, if you have a good relationship with yourself and with the people around you, then you'll get through it. Smell the flowers, listen to the birds, feel the sunshine on your face if you can.

Be extra compassionate and extra nice to yourself and to each other. And I think that's gonna really help transform something in us, as well as in the world around us.
