Hey Abby, I really loved the video! I got quite a chuckle out of the part where you were talking about
going down to the kitchen to get something, and when you get there you don't remember what it is, but it's your LIFE! Soooo perfect for me now, and what a great reminder to me when I get that feeling, and I can remember your statement and laugh! I am finding myself laughing more and more these days at the sheer absurdity of life. It can feel almost like a comedy at times. Much love and appreciation for your beautiful sharing!
Ah, I tried the barefoot shoes for a time, but could not make the transition, my knees were not amenable. I suppose one must get rid of all the other non-barefoot shoes, as well. Good luck.
