Take a moment and breathe. Connect your feet to the floor. Breathe in and out, and remind yourself that you have a choice, that you can choose to have an open heart today.
Breathe, and ask yourself if you have permission to open your heart. Know that the world needs open hearts more than ever and that as difficult as it may be, opening your heart could be the best thing you can do today.
Breathe in and feel my support as you do this work, I am here to help you learn how to do this.
Now breathe out anything that’s blocking your heart from opening, you don’t need to know what exactly it is. Don’t force it.
Breathe in your permission and intention to open, and breathe out fear, pain, despair. Anything heavy.
Breathe in love. Breathe out all that is not love.
Breathe in love, breathe out al that is not love.
Do it again. And again. And one more time.
Now say this out loud:
I am love. I am love. I am love.
Do you feel different? Is your heart open? Even just a little bit more than before? The more often you do this exercise, the more open your heart will become.
This is how you could feel most of the time if you allow it. Remember this, and come back to this if you ever need to.
