How do you feel?
It's time to check-in with yourself, change your energy frequency and allow yourself some respite from the fear.
How do you feel?
Take a moment and check in with yourself,
then breathe.
Dissolve away your thoughts just for a moment,
dissolve away your mind.
Just breathe.
Bring your full awareness to your breath right now,
yes, now, as you read this,
breathe and become aware of your breath.
Bring your awareness down into your belly and breathe from there, slowly.
Breathe, paying attention to your in-breath.
Now wait.
How do you feel now?
Stillness.
It’s there, at every moment, perhaps you can’t hear it or connect to it because your mind is still so busy.
It’s there, though. Somewhere outside of you, perhaps.
Connect to a source of stillness and allow it enter you gently, checking in with yourself to make sure that you feel safe to be still, feel okay to be softer in this moment.
Are you safe? Are you holding your body tense?
Can you soften?
What’s going on for you that makes you feel as if you are not safe? These are thoughts, these thoughts coming from energy that’s designed to put you into fear.
Step away from it. See yourself moving to a new space, surrounded by that stillness.
There you go. Notice how your body feels as you deliberately disconnect from fear. Claim the thoughts that are yours, write them down, deal with your fears. Stare them in the face. Now you recognise them, and you will combat them. Maybe not today, but soon.
Now breathe again.
Bring your full awareness to your in breath, draw it in through your belly, then
let go of the out breath.
It doesn’t matter how, though nose or mouth, it doesn’t matter if you have eyes closed or open,
just breathe in from the belly, yes, just like that,
and let it out again, and soften again, and sink into that stillness again.
Now. Stay here if you want to for a while, or continue on with me, it’s up to you.
Visualise your energy field. Lots of different colours, see it fill your physical body, filling it all the way through,
spilling out of the lines and confines of your mind.
Tell yourself that you are here, that you are whole.
See yourself here, in this moment across all space and time, and feel your energy filling your body
Feel it, you are here, your energy is here.
Notice your energy shifting from one side of your body, to the other, and back again.
Can you feel it?
Breathe in deeply once more from your belly, then let the air out once more, and feel your presence here, right now.
Press your feet flat into the ground.
Imagine now that you are a column, a pillar of light. It pours into you through your head from the sun,
from God,
and flows through you,
through your feet, and into the ground.
Good.
Breathe in and draw this light into your body, into your energy,
allow the light to wash you clean.
Breathe in, and allow yourself to let go of fear, remember you have stared it in the face already, so you have no need for it anymore.
So stop your worrying, stop your fretting, stop chasing your own tail and breathe in that light,
and breathe out the rest of that fear.
Let’s change the frequency now.
Remind yourself that joy exists and that you can feel it, if you allow yourself to.
It’s there, just like the stillness, you need to tune into it. Have you done this before? Maybe not. can you try it? Or perhaps you’ve forgotten, perhaps this convoluted, inverted, difficult world has switched off your belief in what is beautiful.
This place can be the most beautiful place in the universe if you access this light, if you allow yourself to feel joy.
Agree?
Think about it - why not? What is beauty to you? An antidote to fear, depression, hopelessness. So of course they’ve been hiding it from you and you’ve been conditioned to push it away. Because it makes you softer, it makes you expansive, it reminds you of who you are. You are beautiful too.
So let it in.
That’s it! Let it in deeper if you like, if you a reason, something to focus on, to attach the joy to, then find it. Or you can just feel it for the sake of it, just feel the energy of joy.
How do you feel now? Really think about it.
Better? Happier? Lighter? I hope so! It really didn’t take very much for you to shift into this frequency, did it?
Ask yourself, can you do this every day?
Can you take 10 minutes and breathe with yourself, sit with yourself, still your mind and bring in the light?
Can you remind yourself every single day that you have access to all of this beauty? Can you bring your awareness within yourself, let go of what is not yours to carry and feel better?
You need to. Because that’s how you’re going to get through the next three months. No, I don’t have any insider information, I don’t know something that you don’t. But I feel it. And perhaps, now that you’re not connected to fear, you can feel it too.
