A joyful life - is that something that we are actually allowed to have?

Yes. The answer is yes.

I started captioning this update from Jason Estes but I found I had much more to say than I realised, so I’m putting it here.

I’ve been feeling lighter and brighter over the past few weeks, however, I’ve noticed many others have been feeling heavier, with very serious issues coming up for them. My clients and my friends are having their core wounding come up strongly. The details and experiences have been different for everyone, as their core wounding is different. But this time there is a commonality - a profound shift in the process of healing. It feels as if they can truly release the wounding for once and for all this time. The chains are being cut and the shackles dissolve away forever, instead of creeping back and reattaching themselves in the dark of the night. Contracts that have stood for thousands of years are finally being closed off. Handshakes and agreements. Karma is balanced. There is a real chance for a joyful life for many of us. It’s here already, or just within our grasp.

A joyful life - is that something that we are actually allowed to have?

Well, if you believe it is, then it is! It’s totally up to you now. This is where we stand.

The update from Jason (above) was very interesting from this respect. He says, ‘We will no longer be playing roles or scripts out for the collective…. we change the game from a scripted one to a freestyle one, allowing you to fully dream and be finally ending the collective weight…’

We are, at last, becoming truly free from our ancestral chains and conditioning. The core wounding and weight of collective pain that has been holding us back for most, if not all of our lives, cannot survive at the level of frequency that we are becoming.

The two paths - the high road and the low road, so to speak, are solidifying. People can still change their minds, can still jump from one to the other, but they are moving further apart and it is becoming harder to do so. I feel that most of us have made our choices now. If you stay on the lower road, you stay with the collective pain body, the old ways, the conditioning. The higher path is the one Jason speaks of, where, we can ‘take flight to our highest outcomes’ and make our dreams come true. The shift from 3D to 5D. The path of fear or the path of love. Of course this is a simplistic way of looking at it, but our brains cannot comprehend the details of the complex kaleidoscope that is this evolutionary period. A simplistic view is better, otherwise we are like the first ever Macintosh computer trying to decipher a HD Pixar movie. It crashes because it just cannot do it. We have been crashing too - we call that ‘ascension symptoms’ and yes, some of us can’t make it because our hardware is just too old or stubborn to upgrade to match the new software that is coming in. This is why we have to let people go. It is sad, but if you believe in reincarnation, they may be born again into brand new upgraded ‘hardware’ and have another chance at the high road. Or not… Who knows for sure!

As I read this in the comments I felt that ‘all the densities’ will be gone on the path we are now on. We will only be left with the darkness that belongs to us. Meaning that we can indeed, ‘Just be us’ and deal with our core wounding, heal and transform it, and it will then be finished. Finished! Just as I’ve been seeing in my friends, and clients. We no longer need to feel everyone else’s emotions, we no longer need to suck them up like the sponges that we were and become heavy in it. I’ve known for a long time that we disempower people when we do this, but I’ve been ahead of the curve on this for a while as I work mostly with empathic types. Now it’s happening on a global scale. We no longer need to, nor will we be able to process emotions for anyone else because they can’t, or won’t process them themselves.

I felt something BIG shift last Friday - my heart was convinced that we attained the highest and best timeline. My mind was a little confused, but I went with my heart. It felt like we passed some sort of test. Later that same day, my author copies arrived - I’ve written already about how I’ve been having difficulty obtaining author copies of my new book. We are breaking through the blocks and shifting up - and now we have tangible proof.

After scrolling past Jason this morning, I saw this post from Lee Harris:

More tangible proof. Being able to say, and mean, ‘I have finally let go of my core wounding and I give myself permission to be joyful’ is a miracle indeed.

So I will put it out there - what if the rest of our lives can be lived in joy, with an appreciation of what is sacred and beautiful? I think this is possible if we put our hearts and minds to it. Anything is possible if we put our hearts and minds into it. Once we are free of this collective pain, our hearts and minds will be very clear and powerful. So exciting! And we are doing it already!

We are navigating these times in our own way and again, nobody has all the answers. We piece together this jigsaw puzzle by talking about it. Hence this article - I hope it sparks something in you. I hope you are feeling able to open this conversation yourself too, even in unlikely places. A friend of mine had such an unlikely conversation with ‘a strapping young lad’ as she waited to pick me up at the airport a couple of weeks ago. He missed his plane and just happened to sit beside her, and they just happened to strike up a conversation about Reiki, healing, the Universe, manifesting your dreams, and so on. He turned to her and pretty much said that missing his airplane was worth it for their conversation, a conversation he found he could not have had at home. There is no such thing as co-incidence. Frequency matching is happening - we are finding each other. Is it another miracle in action? Or is it physics? Who knows! But it is happening!

What I have seen personally is that people’s hearts are activating to a higher level and bringing them up to those higher timelines. More people are talking about God. People are realising that there is a higher power and it may just be beneficent. As you can see from this great quote by The West's Awake -

The path ahead seems uncertain but it has helped a lot since I’ve started to approach it as an adventure discovery and not a chore while exploring the proper internalisation and acceptance of the notion that God might actually love me.

The heart is becoming the leader over the head. Our best way through this is to feel for what seems true for us, to come to an inner sense of knowing, and to let our hearts lead the way.

If it feels wrong to you...

No wonder a certain force out there wanted to destroy people’s physical hearts. But they didn’t take into account that we can overcome anything, and that the spiritual, cosmic, energetic heart is stronger than fear once that person is in alignment with it.

Let me just add that because we don’t have all the answers we still need to find sources for validation. These sources will serve us for as long as they serve us, and when they no longer serve us, we can find new ones. It doesn’t mean we made a bad choice, or that our sources turned bad, or some evil spirit walked in, or they were a shill all along. No. It just means that we are all at different layers and levels of growth and we outgrew them. Our sources need to match us where we are or higher. Just because one source no longer serves, doesn’t mean they will be at that frequency forever, some of them I drift back to, and it’s usually because they have shifted to where I am. We fluctuate - this is not a straight line process, not for anyone. I keep my mind open, but I do it with lightness now, joy and love are the leaders of my life, not survival and fear. This is a massive difference to where I was 4 years ago. I am no longer in survival mode.

And yes, there is more destruction to come - but I choose not to engage with it. I like the feeling of being light and free, so I step back and watch from a higher place. This is a necessary cleanse - The Tower card in Tarot: fixed structures that no longer serve us need to be blasted away. Pull your energy out of them, we get to keep our hopes and dreams, its the structure that does not serve us that is coming crashing down, not us.

It did feel like it was us coming down for the longest time. But those towers existed because of a collective agreement that they existed. And, oh wait, that’s right - collective pain body is dissolving and we are becoming free of, as Jason puts it, ‘collective time’. We can close our contracts with these agreements. And now, as Lee Harris says - the space for miracles to come in has opened. It’s opened because the tower, whatever that may have been to you, is no longer in the way. We can create something new. Isn’t this a most amazing time to be alive?

Mythology speaks to us because the patterns within the stories are our patterns, the magic within the myths, it’s our magic. It’s time to reclaim that magic. We can let go of the Hero’s journey and start to write a new story for humanity. They cannot destroy our hearts. They cannot destroy who and what we are. We are so much more than we were told. This is our time.

In my healing session yesterday, the body came in as a ‘sacred temple’ and not a ‘meat suit’ (or hardware!). ‘I can and I will’ turned into, ‘We can, and we will!’. Well - we can, and we will, that’s for damn sure.
